Where do you ship to?
We now ship to most countries worldwide! If you live in a country that commonly has shipping restrictions, please contact us first to make sure we can ship to you.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped out 1-5 days after receiving payment. Shipping can then generally take up to 10 – 20 business days. Shipping can be delayed further due to post office delays, weather, holidays, customs inspections, or any other factors out of our control. Once we have given the item to the shipping company / postal service, we are no longer in control of the shipping time.

What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs $3.99 per item.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after you have received your items. Please send us an email at [email protected] with your Order Number to initiate the return process. If the product is in the same condition as received, you will receive a full refund for the price of the product, but not the shipping costs. Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and we recommend getting a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost or damaged cases coming back to us. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping.
